TERMS & CONDITIONS

Richard Savage provides services including but not limited to voice over, translation, proofreading, transcription and subtitles; all information and services are presented on Richard Savage’s website at www.richardsavagevoice.com.   

All voice over recordings shall be made at Richard Savage’s own studio using Richard Savage’s own equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing; live online direction shall be made available on request.

Customer requirements shall be stipulated in writing (‘the Agreement’) via simple email or by dedicated signed agreement; any subsequent changes must also be made in writing and may incur further costs.

One pickup session is included in the initial price; any further pickups or edits shall be charged at full rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Finished work shall be delivered to the Customer in digital form via email, or via a Google Drive link, or via WeTransfer.com or similar as per the Customer’s specifications.

If a Customer terminates an Agreement, the Customer remains liable to pay in full for any work already undertaken and/or in progress, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment shall be made by bank transfer, or via PayPal or similar, on or before the payment due date as stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payment made after the due date as stated on the invoice may incur an interest charge of 5% of the full balance per calendar month or part thereof until the balance is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Voice over rates are calculated on an individual custom basis and shall include studio time, production, audio engineering, and editing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rates for usage rights, including digital broadcast and paid placement and similar, are based on recognised rate guides, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Under no circumstances shall usage rights for broadcast, including digital broadcast and paid placement and similar, be granted ‘in perpetuity’ or similar.

Under no circumstances may any voice recording made by Richard Savage be used in whole or in part to create a voice model for the purposes of generating audio assets for use in artificial intelligence (‘AI’) or text-to-speech (‘TTS’) services or similar.

Under no circumstances may any voice recording made by Richard Savage in whole or in part be published, reproduced, distributed, lent, broadcast, processed, changed, or modified in any way whatsoever other than that defined by the Agreement.

Richard Savage shall treat all scripts as strictly confidential and shall not disclose any confidential information therein to any party until such information has been made available to the general public.

Richard Savage shall be permitted to use, in whole or in part, any work produced for a Customer for promotional purposes only on Richard Savage’s own website or demos, provided the work in question has been made available to the general public.
